Following the same food ethos we’re known for in our Studios, our full premium service includes the following:

    •    The Big Breakfast menu

    •    Lunch menu of your choice with dessert    
    •    Tea and coffee station with additional refreshments

    •    Easy up tent and set-up provided

    •    Tables and chairs to sit 40 people
    •    Seven hours service by the Big Sky team

We strive to be the best at what we do, and to do it in the best possible way. We cook to order from our airstream, and serve using Cornware cutlery, reusable trays, 100% natural and sustainable bamboo napkins, CanOWater aluminium cans, reusable KeepCups and Cornware boxes.

Barista Service

Barista Coffee Service

If you would like a barista on site at your shoot or event we can organise to have a professional provide your guests with an all-day coffee fix. We use Matthew Algie coffee beans which are fair-trade, organic and have the Rainforest Alliance seal of approval.

A minimum of 100 coffee’s per day are required for this service. All extras such as milk, specialty milk, sugars and cups are supplied. Subject to type of location and availability, please contact us to find out more.

Let our team prepare refreshing drinks made to order for your crew or guests. We'll bring a selection of fresh and seasonal fruits, vegetables, specialty milks and healthy additions.
